I would like a refund for reasons other than my piece(s) arriving damaged. Can you do that?

All sales are final! I am unable to accommodate refunds or returns. 

 

Do you do commissions?

Something broke in transit and you’re making me a new one. What’s the lead time?

It varies depending. I’ll be sure to give you a true to life quote in private correspondence. The answer is usually somewhere in the realm of four to five weeks. 

 

I bought a cup/mug/bowl/plate. What are the care instructions?

Everything is dishwasher and microwave safe, but I HIGHLY recommend hand washing these pieces and letting them air dry.
