Refund policy

I am unable to accept returns for any reason with the exception of damage in transit.

To be eligible for a return, you must reach out within 72 hours of receiving your package. To start a return, you can contact me at fullspectrumceramics@gmail.com.

Please note that items will not always be able to be replaced due to the small batch nature that I produce. I will process refunds for any damaged goods, or if able, will send you another similar item.
